2006 Meet the Operator: KNOLOGY
The early afternoon was spent at Alpharetta's Rain Water Restaurant where the team from Knology gave an informative presentation that gave CTAM members an inside look at the focus of Knology in the market place.
The event was kicked off by CTAM GA president Scott Hightower, who introduced the event speakers: Rodger Johnson, Knology President & CEO, Michael Roddy, Vice President of Knology Marketing and Rick Perkins, Vice President of Information Technology and Billing.

Mr. RODGER JOHNSON
The animated Mr. Johnson opened the presentation with the history of how Knology came to be, the company's contribution in today's market and their focal point for the future.
Mr. Michael Roddy
The focus of Mr Roddy's segment was Knology's emphasis and scientific methods of their marketing plan. Knology put much time and investment to answer the basics: "Who was buying their products, what they were buying an why?". Their goal - to increase customer retention not through discount products or promotions but through customer experience and product reliability.
Mr. Rick Perkins
Spoke of knology's technology impact on their business and how the use of technology has helped increased the "Customer Experience" - internal and external. Knology has simplified their billing for easier understanding; provided customer's with a self-help portal where they can log into a secure web site and self manage accounts; expanded the phone IVR to get the customer to the right people the first time.
